Overview

Since 2013, Immerse Agency has worked with The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum, which is run by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), on museum marketing consulting and digital and traditional media buy strategy and placement. The Library features permanent exhibits as well as 2-3 traveling/short-term exhibits each year. Immerse Agency recently marketed the West Coast premiere of the world-renowned exhibition, Auschwitz. Not Long Ago. Not Far Away. The touring exhibition features over 700 original artifacts from the Auschwitz concentration camp, compiled from more than 20 global institutions and museums, predominantly the Auschwitz- Birkenau State Museum.

Immerse Agency managed all aspects of the exhibition’s messaging, creative design, video production, traditional media buying, and digital strategy and execution. To generate widespread awareness and secure early ticket sales, Immerse Agency launched a comprehensive 5-month pre-opening paid digital marketing campaign. Additionally, a targeted campaign featuring tailored creative assets was specifically directed toward members of the Reagan Library. Recognizing the delicate nature of the topic, Immerse Agency carefully composed social media copy to ensure it treated the tragedy and its victims with the utmost dignity, while still effectively establishing the urgency needed to encourage ticket purchases.
