Services
During the recent Chicago event, to generate positive awareness and media coverage, Immerse Agency planned and executed a localized public relations program tailored to the Chicago market. This work included developing clear, compelling messaging to support proactive media outreach, building a comprehensive PR timeline, and drafting all press materials such as the press release and media alerts. Immerse Agency created a centralized press toolkit with photos, videos, and supporting assets, along with curated lists of local and regional media contacts across print, broadcast, digital, radio, and online outlets. Our team pitched the media through a tried and true cadence of email and phone outreach, then served as the primary liaison for scheduling and coordinating interviews and related media opportunities for No Kid Hungry representatives, event planners and chef participants. Media coverage was actively monitored using our tracking software, with timely reporting provided to the client throughout the campaign.
